Lots of things to be done on RaRain!

I've been working my butt off trying to get this site up and running again.

As you may know, there's a new header banner (I created it) and there's no more RaRain Times Staff.

My reasons for deleting R.T.S. is because it's pretty pointless, since you'll get all the updates and information here.

New forums to be added, an arcade, user of the months and a lot more ideas are coming.
